Flex-Ability Dynamics

Athletic Performance
We use the DCT (Dynamic Contraction Technique) method, which blends strength holds, controlled lifting, and explosive movements to help your body move with better control. This improves joint stability and builds real athletic performance you can feel on the field—and in daily life. DCT is great for people recovering from injuries or surgery, and for anyone who wants to move stronger, faster, and with more confidence.

Active Mobility
As we get older, it’s common to lose some balance, strength, and mobility. That can make everyday tasks—like walking, getting up from a chair, or using stairs—feel harder and less safe. Physical therapy can help.
Our movement therapy is designed specifically for older adults. We understand your needs and work at a pace that feels comfortable. Sessions may include gentle strength-building, stretching, range-of-motion work, balance training, and simple pain-relief strategies to help you move with more confidence.

I have always had a deep interest and fascination with the human body and all the different facets of human performance, especially our bodies innate ability to recover from what many western medical approaches would deem improbable if not impossible to recover from.
